If people have convinced you that being able to fit into skinny jeans, or joining the zero size group is the key to being happy about your figure, then people are wrong. The real key to being happy is by simply loving your body exactly the way it is. “Beauty is in the beholder’s eyes” and when you look at yourself you should be able to love yourself and see the aura of your outer as well as your inner beauty. Here are some simple tips to love your body.

Defining the perfect figure is almost impossible because there is no such thing as a perfect figure. It is important to have a healthy and fit body rather than a slim figure. Fitness and inner beauty are what makes you a complete and wonderful woman. To be fit, weight loss might be necessary but cutting down your food intake drastically is not. First of all accept your body type and loving it. Then, plan out a regime for a regular workout or exercise.

If you draw your inspiration of being slim and trim from celebrities then you should think again because most of the images on television and magazines are mere illusions created by means of make-up and camera tricks. Furthermore, even if you achieve a
figure similar to a celebrity there is no guarantee you will be satisfied because even the celebrities who have “perfect figures” are sure to dislike some physical features of theirs.

When you are sad or upset about not sticking to your exercise routine or diet just step into the shoes of a best friend and give yourself the same consolation that you would give your best friend.
