We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the below table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
Standard deliveries to the Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days to Northern Ireland and 5-8 working days to the Highlands and Islands. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with no marks, scent or damage and with all original tags still attached. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations/returns must be made in writing to Customer Services using the returns form available on this page and quoting your order number, name and address. In this case, we will provide a full refund minus the cost of the postage once the cancelled/returned goods are delivered back to us. Items are returned at the customers risk so we recommend recorded delivery. Cancelled/returned items lost in the post are the customer’s responsibility. When the full refund is given by Fatphrocks this includes the cost of the item minus the cost of the postage paid on the order. Return postage is not covered by Fatphrocks and must be paid by the customer returning the goods.
